MFS - Commander Capability and Development Assessment
The South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service (MFS) engaged a sole service provider to undertake the behaviour assessment of the Station Officer to Commander promotion process. The service provider must deliver the following:
- Development of a valid assessment protocol.
- Conduct assessments and evaluation for each applicant.
- Provision of feedback and development strategies for each applicant.
The MFS is proposing a potential two (2) year contract term, consisting of an initial one (1) year plus a one (1) year extension option.
